Attendance and Assignment Requirements

To obtain a Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License a student must meet all State Requirements which includes a Certificate of Completion from an Approved School.

First Class Real Estate School is approved by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Standards to provide the Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson and Wisconsin Real Estate Broker courses.

Before providing a Certificate of Completion, we require students to attend or make up all scheduled class sessions and complete all class assignments.

Missed sessions can be made up by attendance in another First Class Real Estate School course offering or through assigned work at the discretion of the instructor.
