Cancellation and Refund Policy

Live Classes 

• First Class Real Estate School reserves the right to cancel the course due to insufficient enrollment. In such an event, registrants will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations: Students will be given the opportunity to transfer payment to a future scheduled course but will pay the difference of the new course fee, if any.

• Refunds will NOT be given for student cancellations received later than 7 days prior to the start of the course.

• Refunds of the class fee minus a $15 processing fee will be made for Students whose cancellation is received before 7 days prior to class. opportunity to transfer payment to a future scheduled course but will pay the difference in course fee, if any.

• Missed hours must be made up. Make-up work is to be completed within seven days after the conclusion of the classroom portion of the course. An individual will not receive a certificate of completion for the course until make-up work is completed. An absence of more than two days will result in termination of enrollment in the course with an option to attend a later course, within six months of original registration, which will involve a transfer fee based on the number of days of absence and difference in class schedules.

• All retakes after six months of original registration will be charged the full course fee. If the student has unexpired books and materials in their possession, a credit for materials will be given.

Online and Distance Courses

• Sales and broker pre-license students have six months from the date of registration to complete the course.

• No refunds will be issued after course materials are sent.

• If transferring to a live class from an online course purchased through First Class Real Estate School within one year of purchase, a credit of $100 will be applied to the current price of the live course. After one year, transfer students will pay the full current price of the course.

• Registrations cannot be transferred between students.
